I just stumbled across this site when I was looking for good ways to relax. And I’m really glad I found them because these files really do work! My unexplainable store review is from my own firsthand account using these Binaural Beats.
First off I’ll tell you a bit about what Binaural Beats are.
Binaural Beats are mp3 files that you can either listen to from your computer or download to your mp3 player; they are compressed of soothing music combined with two separate frequencies that are played in stereo into each ear separately. These Alpha frequencies help a great deal when trying to relax as these are the same frequencies that are in our minds when we are asleep.
You can find a wide range of Binaural Beats for many different problems such as quitting smoking or losing weight but as your here and this site is about stress and anxiety I highly recommend the relaxation beats as I have had a great deal of success with them. The great thing about them is they will work almost straight away or within a few minutes.
Ok enough about Binaural Beats and on with my Unexplainable store review.
The Unexplainable Store has tons of these beats for many different problems but if you have stress you need only really look at the relaxation and anxiety beats. As I said before I have had great results with these, I downloaded the free 10 minute sample just to give it a go as I had never heard of such things and was not convinced it would work. So I got the link for the free sample and throw on my headphones, asked nicely if I could not be disturbed by my lovely very energetic daughters.
I was surprised with the results as I started feeling a lot more relaxed after just 5 minutes, the mp3 file has some really soothing music on it and you can also hear frequencies in the background. These things really work!
So I have brought quite a few of these beats now and have been very happy with the unexplainable store, currently I’m working on giving up smoking and I’m up to 6 months now and I have no intentions on starting again.
Anyway I hope I have helped give you some advice on what Binaural Beats are and how to use them and I highly recommend you buy them from the Unexplainable store as they have been great to me.
